Our First Dance Recital!

Oh the wonderful world of girls....

Since September we have brought her every Saturday morning to ballet class. It was so cute! Twenty 4 and 5 year old little girls in their little leotards and ballet slippers all try to be ballerinas. Around Christmas time I received my first letter about the costume for the recital, I thought, "How cute, I can't wait!". Then I got the bill for the costume, lol, $65. Then we received a letter saying everyone who watches the show must but a ticket, for every performance they watch, even parents. WOW! THEN....came all the final details with dates, times, ect. There was four shows, and the tickets were.....$18 a piece! So just for her father and I to watch all four show would cost $188! This dance stuff is no joke, LOL.

$40 for flowers for all four performances.....

$65 for the costume......

$280 on tickets......

Watching those little girls in their cute little dresses and hats do "How much is that dogie in the window?"..... Priceless.
