Kids are funny

I know I have done an awful job of keeping up with this blog lately. I assure those of you who still read we are here. Everyone is happy, healthy, and BUSY!! Today I could not resist posting this little conversation I had with my little bear.

"Turtle please finish your apples." I say for the third or fourth time.

"You know the skin makes your hair pretty little girl."

"No it doesn't mom!" the bear jumps in.

"Yes it does!" I respond and look over at the turtle

"The skin on an apple does make your hair look pretty."

"No it doesn't mom" the bear argues on,

"You eat apples and it doesn't make your hair pretty."

Kids sure do know how to make you feel good about yourself don't they?
